단점: 위치가 조금 애매하고, 해가 일찍 지고 나면 버스에서 숙소까지 가는길이 어둡고 너무 조용해서 살짝 무서웠음 장점: 단점을 커버할만큼 객실이 넓고, 직원들이 친절했으며, 숙소에서 제공되는 서비스가 너무 훌륭했어요. 비지니스라운지에서 커피, 술과 가벼운 스낵들이 무료로 제공되고, 밤 9-11시 사이 해피아워엔 오차즈케나 우동을 무료로 먹을수있는데다 룸에도 무료생수, 음료수, 맥주등이 제공되서 따로 편의점 갈일이 없더라구요. 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다.

Amazing amazing hotel! Room and staff were the best.

Absolutely amazing - the best hotel I’ve stayed in and made for a memorable Kyoto visit. The service was incredible and there was something extra special about staying in a part of Nintendo history. We’ll return again as soon as we can.

This hotel is very nice, super quirky and there’s a lot of included extras which is always a nice touch. But it’s not all wonderful. The area is quite a way from where you’d want to be in Kyoto and there’s very few shops around. Also the staff are very young and inexperienced with poor English (which is needed in a hotel like this). They tried their best but the hotel needs at least one “adult in the room” and it was sorely missing here. I’d definitely come back to Kyoto, but I’m not sure I’d come back here

The best hotel experience we've ever had, hands down! Hospitality was top notch, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The little touches of Nintendo's history throughout are also quite charming. We'll definitly be back!

Very nice hotel with great Japanese-style service

Very stylish and unique property. Hotel generously includes all food and drinks. Very comfortable room.
