The property was beautiful and spotless clean.

Previous to book the studio I contacted the property manager to ask if the unit was wheelchair accessible including the doors and he said it was 100 % wheelchair accessible. When We arrived to the property we found out that the bathroom door was very narrow, not even the standard bathroom size. It was very frustrating for our family because first of all there were no front desk to ask anything and second it was not easy to find a wheelchair accessible room. We have left with the choice that to stay there and unfortunately what it was going to be a very good experience turn out to be a horrible experience in such a beautiful property. When contacted booking.com to ask for a refund the property manager offered a 20% refund. What a JOKE. My family member was saving money though out the year for a so need it vacation and it was a very bad experience.

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had! The room location was perfect, you could see and hear the ocean so easily. The pools had a variety of temperatures and sizes and were never crowded. The room was so close to the ocean and pools that I never had to worry about trying to reserve a lounge chair, I could just leave the items in the room. Kevin was really helpful via WhatsApp. Amazingly, we could see whales swim by from our patio! It was surreal and beautiful. It was a 15 minute walk to the romantic zone, which allowed us to easily go there for dinner. I also liked the proximity to the Soriana supermarket.

The non stick pan in the kitchen had scratches, which makes it unsafe to eat from. There was also an earthquake lol and we didn’t feel like there was good enough communication on the property to know where to go. This is a rare occurrence though.

Great ocean front location. The condo is close to several good restaurants and a grocery store. You can easily catch an uber or taxi outfront. The studio condo and the entire property is kept very clean.

Minimal items are supplied in the condo. There was one old dish towel with holes in it. I had to request a dishcloth or clean sponge and a dish drying rack. When I made the request the items were provided promptly, which I appreciated. There is a small coffee pot and filters provided. Be prepared to purchase whatever you need at the nearby grocery store.

Ground floor unit and a comfortable bed. Pools and gardens were nice. Outdoor furniture was comfortable. Condo manager was responsive.

It wasn’t very clean. Furniture was scratched and there were stains on the couch.
