Harbor Puerto Vallarta 1006

The ocean front location was spectacular. We sat on our terrace and listened to the sound of the waves. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and walking directly out to the pools. The condo was the perfect size for two people. The condo is very close to a grocery store and several great restaurants. Ubers were readily available and affordable. The bus stop is nearby. We went downtown and to the Romantic Zone several time. Great location for seeing Puerto Vallarta and beyond.

The dirt road leading up to the condo wasn't the greatest but we got used to it. The pillows were stained. New pillows are needed. At times it was difficult to find chairs by the pools.

The apartment was great. It was close to shops, restaurants and transportation. We will most definitely book here again!

Check in process was delayed due to the guardhouse not being supplied with the paperwork by kevin s to facilitate our arrival. We arrived at the agreed upon time and had to wait outside for approximately 45 minutes. There was some construction noise but it did not take away from our experience at harbor 171. We would definitely recommend this facility and will book there again in the future!

Harbor PV was exactly as indicated in the pics! Our room was on the main floor and a great size for the 2 of us. Large ceiling to floor windows opened up to our own private terrace, and beyond the terrace, a few short steps away was the selection of gorgeous pools. Beyond the pool area, was a secured gate that opened on to the beach, which was also perfection. The location was great. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, however, as indicated in the information provided by Harbor PV, there is a large condominium being built next door and it can be loud and busy with cement trucks, etc, at times. The reality is, we heard it, but the sound was lessened by the beauty of the loud, crashing waves. Surprisingly, we weren't affected by it. The good definitely outweighed anything else.

Perfect location to the pool and beach. A clean condo with nice amenities.

Construction area around the building was mildly inconcenient.

Location is 10/10. Steps from the pool and beach, easy to come in to mix a drink or make lunch. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had ample amount of room. Close to grocery store, bus line, taxi, multiple massage studios.

The hot water is a problem and potentially dangerous. The instant hot water unit would kick out a half gallon of scalding hot water then go cold. Warm water was difficult to achieve.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROPERTY ITSELF. ENTRANCE WAS DIRT AND MUD. NOT SHOWN AS IN PICTURES. POOL WAS DRAINED AND NOT ABLE TO USE. BEACH ACCESS HAS NO SITTING AREA. AS IT IS FULL WITH ROCKS AND NO SITTING AREA TO ENJOY BEACH.

The staff responsible for beach gate are not available. Difficult to get back from the beach. Jumped over the gate couple of time, I would say it is not so easy in our age of 55 and 57. Once walked around construction site to get in. A call bell should be installed there OR every guest should have their own key to open the beach gate.
