the pool area is spectacular and the location is very good. it is in a great up and coming area that has wonderful restaurants. yet, it is still quite close to the old town and the Malecon. the studio suites are well organized and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This is a very personal statement and may not be an issue for many. the kitchenette size is small and there is not much room to prepare a meal. so, if you like to prepare dinner, there is limited space to do so.

"Loved everything except the construction noise next door, which sometimes went on after 6pm."

Lovely lanai, pools, view. I got a massage twice with Laura down on the beach for about $25/hr US. A turtle came and laid her eggs by the seawall. Clean grounds, good security, friendly staff. Walkable to good coffee, restaurants. Filtered water at sink, so we didn't have to buy it.

This property would have been a dream without the construction noise next door. Road approaching property unpaved and rough. If it rained, that would not have been nice to walk on. Bring your own washcloths as they don't provide them.
