The design of the building was unique but the laundry was too far

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious.

I requested for no room service since I left all my luggage open when we went out for visiting. We specifically instructed the front desk for not anyone to enter, or not to do any room cleaning. However, someone still entered the room while we were out. We really did not know what items missing, or luggage moved. Front desk did not really care when I complained and did not like the response received from supposed to be one of the best hotels in town.

We’ve stayed at other A Loft hotels - always love the creative/artistic decor, different at each one. Very contemporary & fun. Good location & short drive to the airport.

property was nice and clean and much nicer in inside and outside. Soundproofing could be a little better as we could hear people moving around in the room above us. Would stay again.

One representative Khalid, made my trip special. Khalid shows a level of sincerity and willingness to go above and beyond that is truly remarkable. He helped me locate a lost item of sentimental value. More than that he offered me assurance that he would do so which set my mind at ease. In my many years of travel and hotel stays Khalid stands out as a truly exceptional human and representative of ALOFT. Thank you Khalid.

Front desk Khalid was very welcoming friendly and got us checked in promptly, effectively and with a smile. He added the Marriott points to our account. Also gave us a welcoming gift for being Marriott members and treat for our Dog. He is a keeper since I saw many guest being helped by him. Also like the fact that has Air conditioning that works perfect, great bathroom with a comfortable shower and distribution on the bathroom with doors to separate toilet. ON the room the fact that has wood floors makes it look clean; has a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The size of the TV is perfect ( about 65 ") and has all the services you expect. Feels very safe, has easy parking at the hotel and the area outside has great park close by to walk the dog with poop bags /trash can. Has also restaurant with great service. In summary great place to stay.

I think everything was ok and don't have any complaints or suggestions.
