The best place ever feels like home

muy bonita la decoración, muy buena vibra y ambiente, fue muy agradable estar en el lobby y áreas comunes varias horas por razón de que nuestro vuelo era muy tarde, nos hicieron sentir cómodos todo el tiempo.

UFF la ubicación, está muy lejos del centro y de los puntos de interés turísticos, el restaurante OutBack que está cerca salva la necesidad de comer por ahí, no nos sentimos seguros para irnos caminando hasta el centro, pero el hotel y el servicio del staff compensa totalmente el hospedarse ahí, saliendo y regresando en UBER todas las veces..

Feels like home

This hotel is newer and modern, but too far away from decent restaurants in a mixed neighborhood with some homeless encampments nearby when I took my fitness walks. The area isn't very nice to walk in with long lights and many commercial businesses.. The rooms are fairly clean, except the rug in the rooms needed a good cleaning. The bathroom offered very little privacy and the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom wasn't really a wall at all and sound traveled too well. Staying in this tiny room with two queen beds with two kids and two adults, and very little surfaces to put stuff in and no real closet was uncomfortable. We actually cancelled our last night there because of this. We were on a tour and the catered dinner was terrible, and the two catered breakfasts were edible but not great. The pool was indoors and great for the kids.

Check-in process and staff were good. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Shower water pressure was non-existent and outside street noise, noise from upstairs guests and hallway is why rating is lower.

So much better than the downtown hotels we stayed in. The hotels downtown are older and run down and crawling with cruise passengers. This is a newer hotel: clean, well lit, quiet, fun, nicely decorated, nice staff, good vibe. You can't walk a lot of places and the view is of a gas station, but of the four hotels I stayed in on a trip to Anchorage, this is the only one I would book again. 5 minute drive to everything.
