Hotel Muaré Tulum Wellness and Spa

We LOVED how relaxing the resort was.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable accommodation

Staff were very nice but the service was really bad, so slow and generally all over the place. Small point but there was no turndown service which we had at our other hotel with less stars. Milly at reception was really good, she did try to organise the staff but it just seemed like they weren't with it at all! The food wasn't anything special and so very expensive. I wouldn't go back to the Muare but on the other hand it was very nice. We preferred the Bardo where we stayed first.

They close the hotel on our last two nights. They transferred us to a horrible hotel with non of the amenities or services that we already paid via Expedia. Please, DO NOT book this hotel It’s all false advertising and you will never get what you paid for.

Horrible place!!! $45 each way to go to the beach or any restaurant. It's in the middle of nowhere. There's nothing around! Tulum is beautiful! A lot of nice resorts and restaurants by the beach! We moved to a better place on a third day

I had a great stay! I planned a solo getaway to a serene paradise of tranquility. My room was nice and clean. The food was amazing and all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Really cool vibe, lovely staff, fantastic pool and sunbeds! Comfortable rooms. Lovely cocktails!

This was def an amazing experience. I loved the villa the rooms def the staff and the owners was so nice, including the owner the waiters was amazing the desk customer service ppl as well thank you to everyone there for my 1st experience in mexico and also in Tulum, thanks I would def do this again! This was a blessing 🙏
