All in all everything .. such a beautiful hotel .. the pool the yoga place the rooms .. the vibes are so good..

The only point I have is .. when we booked the hotel breakfast included ..they didn’t explain that they have only 2 items from the menu are included and the rest you have to pay for them .. if we know that we would go and have breakfast out ..

This was my first solo trip to Mexico, and the staff at Hotel Muaré made it an unforgettable experience! From the front desk to the kitchen, the staff's kindness and care were evident in everything they did. I felt incredibly safe, and my stay couldn't have been more perfect. Allen and Dario were especially helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The property is stunning, even after a hurricane, with breathtaking rooms and impeccable decor and bedding. Breakfast was included in my package, and the food was delicious! Mexico treated me so well that I can't wait to return, and I'll definitely be booking at Hotel Muaré again!

This hotel was so well designed. Everything just feels so harmonious. The whole place is very tranquil. Easy to enjoy the gorgeous pool or withdraw and relax in your own plunge pool. The staff was very good. Special mention of Dario and Alan at the reception who were very attentive.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is exceptionally kind. Octavio, Dario, & Alan at the front desk were always ready with a helpful hand, Brian, Mario & the breakfast team were on point with delicious juice and a friendly smile along with incredible breakfast options. Fatima & Celene kept the room fresh, clean, and well-stocked! Loved my stay and am very impressed with how clean they kept the pool considering the storms!

Not their fault, but know that the roads approaching are not in the best condition. I rented an ebike with extra shocks and am glad I did as it made the rest of La Valetta easily accessible.

The property was amazing—truly a tropical oasis. It was very clean, relaxing, calm, and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Octavio, Brian, and Dario were exceptional, continuously taking great care of us. We cannot wait to go back!

I like the garden, the people, it makes you connect with the nature.

What I didn’t like. It wasn’t really about the property. It was raining the week before. There was a lot of mosquitos but the crew tried so many things to help out with that.
