The spa was great

Muaré is quiet and clean with a calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is really an oasis in the chaos of Tulum! It’s not in the hotel/beach area so it’s actually quiet at night! The bar and restaurant are great, the portions are generous even if the prices are typical Tulum prices 🤑 Yoga in the morning is a nice offering, with a lovely teacher. There was an issue with the water on my last day, but the team tried their best to minimise the inconvenience.

Breakfast is from 8 which was a bit late if you want to get out and explore before the heat of the day.

Noisy property while trying to sleep - slamming doors, drilling, banging, etc. Not a very convenient hotel - no bikes for guests, no toothbrush if forgotten, etc. Very, very basic stay. Not luxury or 5-star as listed on Google (not sure how they did that).

Beautiful room and very peaceful. Very friendly staff we had a great team of people looking after us. Alan, Celene, Brian, Mario and Pamela all on hand and helped us book tours, taxis, and learn about great places to visit.

The only one issue was the location as there was no lighting and no proper roads so we could not leave or walk around by foot once it got slightly dark.

The shower is outside which is nice but also a bit not comfortable. Bugs can enter from there. We had bugs in our rooms but the staff was very understanding and changed our rooms right away

Visited in the offseason but the property was clean, calm and perfect to disconnect for a getaway

It was a little on the beaten path but the staff ensured that we had easy access to taxis. The staff is also what makes this property worth the stay.

I loved everything, the whole place is like a little haven, the staff are incredible, friendly, helpful, attentive, patient, so hardworking. The room was spectacular, I loved the outdoor shower, the whole set up was beautiful. The main pool was glorious, 50m laps if you stick to the edge. Special mention to Fatima for the room cleaning, Adrian for being so smiley and caring, Alan, Octavio, and Dario for being so kind and helpful at the front desk, nothing was too much for them and everything was said and done with a smile.
