USmy room had a deck that was over the water with a beautiful waterfall and stream.
USFlume’s end is the best a sweet BnB in Nevada City. It is my go to place. Every room is different, but always comfortable and unique. Variety of breakfast goodies and plenty of coffee.
FYI; there are stairs and turns for those who are less mobile…
USThe property is beautiful and the rooms feel quiet and peaceful. The owner is lovely. The breakfast was delicious, with both sweet and savory options. There are comfortable common areas inside and out. It's a short walk to downtown Nevada City.
The bed in the Falling Water room was a little hard and the pillows were not very supportive. However, on our last day we found a drawer with extra pillows that might have worked better for us.
USThis place is ADORABLE. From the moment you walk in, you feel transported to the turn of the 1900's. The common area is lovely and we could have sat on the patio all day listening to the babbling brook. Everything was decorated with so much intention. It was RIGHT in the center of town, walking distance to the major restaurants and shops. Convenient parking was also available. The host was very responsive and available via text and email. Despite it being an older building, it was very quiet and I slept like a baby. It you appreciate quaint and charming, this is your spot.
USI loved the attention to detail with the breakfast Items they were displayed in a lovely way, the fruit in cute cups, yogurt in jars, the fact that the kitchen is open for use for the guests is really nice. And the sitting area outside was just lovely I could sit out there and sip wine all day, so relaxing. We will be back

USSuch a special place, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with whimsy and tasteful attention to detail. The Inn-Keeper made us feel so comfortable when we arrived. Great location, easy walk over the bridge and into the village!
The mirror in the bathroom was much too low on the wall. I'm almost 6 feet tall, and it was a little hard to do my hair and makeup

USWithin walking distance of downtown Nevada City. Great hiking trails nearby. Fun decorations throughout bed and breakfast, including hundreds of teacups. Very cute grounds including a creek. Very friendly hostess. Sweets left out in the kitchen for afternoon or evening munchies with tea or coffee. Breakfast included yogurt, berries, granola, English muffins, spreads, instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and pastry. Coffee, tea, apple cider, orange juice, and milk too. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Room was very clean. We were in the Empire room with an additional connecting room. Our room had a microwave and mini refrigerator.
No coffee pot or cups in the room, but you could get both downstairs in the kitchen. Only 1 small garbage can for two connecting rooms.
