Global Luxury Suites Downtown White Plains

Location is good

Not well maintained to have the word “Luxury” in its name. Few things were missing or not working when I arrived. The sofa in the living room was in a very bad condition. It might just one particular room.

The place was as advertised. It was in a good, safe location and had enough space for the family. The place was clean and had most amenities one would expect in a home.

We did not have any breakfast during our stay because no one told us breakfast was being served.

Amazing views from unit 912, restaruants groceries and train station all within walking distance, great workout room, nicely stocked with cleaning supplies

Broken toaster and uncomfortable dinig room chairs, but honestly the rest makes up for those minor inconveniences!

Great location, the staff at the property were helpful. Nice view.

We didn’t have any of the basics such as salt and pepper.

Evrything in the room is clean. It was very easy to check in and check out.

The dryers didn't work enough.(It often stops before laundry is completely dried and error code displayed on the screen.) I told them the problem immediately and they said they told it thier maintenance team and the team wound fix it, but they didn't come.
