InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Park Central

Guests doing drugs, management does nothing about it. Staff stole a laptop, wheeled bag, pair of shoes and 800 dollar soundbar from me when I went to the hospital. Melody the manager treats people horribly. Staff doesn't care. Avoid !!!!!!!!!!

I had one of the non renovated room and it was very old and some things were rusty

I only liked the wifi and that I was leaving. This place is filthy. This place is infested with baby spiders and baby roaches. The vent in the bathroom made a terrible noise and you have to hear it if you want the light on in the bathroom. I hated the fact that they never came and cleaned the room and I was there for a week and a half consecutively. The staff is very rude except for the younger guys. The woman are horrible. Even the manager! The entrance door and the exit next to the lobby desk are always unlocked and people that don't stay there can in and out all night. Plus there is no security which is very dangerous. I will not recommend this place to anyone but the corporate of extended stay america. All of the previous extended stays I have been in are way better.
