InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Park Central

For starters it's very quite. The front desk attendant, she is amazing and very kind. I will be staying here for awhile

It was 🤢 nasty and dirty

Everything. Upon arrival I was the one who had to clean and wipe down everything. The TV had a huge hit on it and was never replaced nor were we moved. No phone in room. No parking available because they do not have obvious needed parking restrictions that will protect the people paying for their rooms . Literally the worst place I’ve stayed so far. Also HUGE reason I even got this place was for the ‘Wi-Fi’, which they had none of. Apparently hasn’t worked for almost a year, literally do not even have channels available to watch. Something that should have made me aware of BEFORE wasting my money for 5 days. God bless the owner because whoever that is truly does not care about maintenance & paying customers.

Their was no breakfast that I knew of at in town suites

That theirs no breakfast, fixers, lights , toilet, bathroom are very much older models. Their was opening holes in one outlet socket where you put in plugs . Crickets and Roches were a bit frequent, toilet was clogged. Was not clean upon arrival, me and my family had to buy a plunger and cleaner wipes to clean floors and room. But the maintenance did replace broken drawer and tried to unclog toilet.

Nothing. Did not stay and they charged me for a cancellation fee and then didn't help me and were rude.

Everything. It was a blessing actually because it was a super sketchy area and experience.
