"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!"

The staff was hella rude and gave my room away to someone else and I still got charged a booking fee even tho it wasn't my fault that I didn't check into my room! The manager lied and said I was getting a refund but that never happened!! I will never try and stay there again!!!

there is no one at the front desk ever. then i had to cancel because I had an emergency but I was still going to go just 2 days after and I re booked it and they said they could give me a refund for the first cancellation since I ended up staying there anyways but they never gave me the refund. even booking tried to contact them so they could approve it just since there is no one at the front desk ever they didn’t answer the phone or the email.

It’s so so but hate watching staffs to see you eat They come and go and didn’t give you freedom They better go to India

Staff They both come and go see what you have in breakfast and are upset when you eat
