Conrad Nashville

My stay at the Conrad Nashville was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are gorgeous and well maintained. The bed was sooo comfortable! Every staff member I had contact with was extremely kind and accomodating. I didn’t get the names of the front desk staff to mention them individually in this review but they were super helpful. To the team members I do have names for: The bellmen (Edwin and Gary), the valet team (Charley and Anthony) and the hotel car drivers (Andy, Darren and Kevin) all provided top notch service! Looking forward to staying at Conrad Nashville again!

I love my breakfasts at the Conrad when I stay here! Food is top-notch, nice variety.Had wonderful service this morning from Miriam and Ron, Stephanie is always an excellent hostess too. Oh, and their coffee is the best!

Excellent facility and superior service, they really care about their guests. Mariam and others like her seamlessly provide people-first service with natural caring personalities. We will continue to visit.

My best friend of 55+ years and I spent a wonderful long girls weekend at the Conrad in Nashville. We had a wonderful time and everything was five star. The team members were all so lovely and made sure to think of every little thing to make our holiday special. I would like to give a big shout out to Esperanza at the Front Desk. I was able to stay in a beautiful suite that had every amenity. The housekeeping team was wonderful. Darren and andie who drive the town Car for guests were great and took us all around town. Edwin at the front door always had a smile on his face and greeted us with such charm. Brian and Mason, the bartenders were fun and took care of our every need. I can’t say enough about the hotel and the team and we just had an unbelievable time. Thank you to everyone.

Nothing short of amazing. Truly above and beyond expectations, which is awfully difficult to achieve. From the gorgeous rooms, to the fabulous housekeeping, to the beautiful, welcoming lobby, to the car rides into town, and the amazing staff members we had the pleasure of interacting with. I want to highlight Matthew, Darren, and Andy in particular. We are Marriott loyalists, but this experience has made us question that loyalty. One of the top three hotel stays of our lives. AAA+++

Best hotel close to Vanderbilt. Love it! Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The front door guys - Kevin, I believe, could not have helped us more with our many trips off property and back-holding the heavy doors and helping my elderly mother. We always enjoy the Blue Aster as well. A special thank you to Nick who patiently waited on us at the bar. Such a helpful and kind man. We appreciate the reserved and chic approach at this hotel. Even though it’s Nashville, we look forward to this quiet and unassuming, yet elegant hotel in the music city.

The whole staff was very attentive and accommodating. The building is gorgeous and the rooms are luxuriously comfortable. I had a lot of questions before we arrived, and the Front Desk was very responsive to me on the mobile app. They have a car service that took us to the closest available shopping. The car was a beautiful new Mercedes crossover... very comfortable. The driver was incredibly kind, happy to take us to multiple locations. The Valet service was excellent. We were on and off property a lot, and they were unbelievably patient and understanding. Breakfast, lunch/tea, and supper at the Blue Aster was top tier. Every dish was both stunning and delicious (MUST have the Acai bowl at breakfast!!!). We had four adults and two children and everyone loved everything that came out of the kitchen. When we checked out, the Front Desk very kindly canceled all the mini-bar charges incurred by curious guests picking things up to read the descriptions (and put them back).

Great concierge- Matthew and thank you to Kevin (hotel driver) for making this trip amazing! Matthew got us in the best restaurants and Kevin drove us each night!

We ended up at the Conrad after needing to change hotels on a recent stay (unannounced and very loud construction at the Loewes). We had to make a quick reservation at a hotel nearby and chose the Conrad because it was similar in price and had such strong reviews. And wow, are we so happy we made the change! If you are a hotel lover who prioritizes clean and quiet spaces, updated rooms and amenities, and great food and service, you will love the Conrad. Our room was very large and had a downtown view and was instantly welcoming. A great mini bar, nice bathroom and shower, and great linens and pillows. Room service was delicious ( the potatoes are not to be missed) and dinner at Blue Aster was also on point. And Lionel Richie walked in and had dinner very close to us! While the location is further down west end than many other properties, it is still easily walkable (about 10-15 min walk to Vandy). We will be back!
