Conrad Nashville

My friends and I were treated horribly. Evidently some people in the Wedding party we’re not polite so he held it against the entire group that came for the wedding would not serve us at the bar when we went to the Manager. He said that it’s up to the Bartender’s discretion. Probably lost Ia healthy amount of money as we drink or premium and tip well. The late night room service sucks. Food is horrible and there’s no selection and they take forever.. my friend had two refrigerators delivered to her room today because neither of them worked. The power went out last night and again this morning when I needed to shower and do my hair for a wedding picture.. my TV wasn’t working. It took them two hours to get somebody up to fix it.. we asked for a chair to have our makeup done and they never brought it. We were calling the front desk and it went straight to a voicemail that said we cannot accept your call at this time. The doorman does not open the door and these doors are so freakin heavy. My friend had her wedding cocktail party here last night. They should’ve been treating us very well. Instead we will make sure we never come here again and we have spread the word to all our friends. I love this hotel! They are wonderful!

Shower was broken and hair dryer was broken. Make up mirror didn't work either. Draperies are controlled by a switch that was hard to read because the letters were the same color as the background.

This is a 4 and 1/2 star hotel expected the beds to actually be comfortable. If you have back problems do not book this hotel. Most hotels will use a firm to medium for mattresses. These mattresses feel like they are 20 years old and totally worn out, divots in the mattresses along with them being super soft leads to a terrible night's sleep and many back problems. Expected so much more out of a four and a half star hotel very disappointed.

Modern, clean, quiet hotel. Very convenient to broadway and Vanderbilt.

While this hotel is stunning and everything that you would expect from the brand, the true heart of this hotel is particularly Matthew. He is way more than an incredibly effective Concierge, he will become your friend and make your experience at the Conrad feel like you are staying with family you truly love. Coming back will be a must and we owe that to Matthew and his impecable attentions.

Clean room

Everything was great with two exceptions. One was that we had to pay for parking. Two we had no refrigerator in our room to store our own water and beer. Other than that the hotel staff was excellent and the room very nice. First time staying in Nashville.

I booked this hotel because it was a 4 and 1/2 star hotel. I read the reviews first of course like I always do, The rooms are well appointed, however if you are looking for a good bed this is not the place for you. Every hotel I have stayed in that is four star hire have very expensive mattresses that are or on the medium firm to firmer side. These type of mattresses accommodate folks with bad backs and typically are more universals sleepers. The mattress at this hotel is extremely soft or they are just worn out. When I asked for a different room to accommodate poor mattress even though they had rooms available they did not accommodate. I found that through good management and good customers support the hotel would have definitely offered a change. Even if it required a small upgrade to a different type of room. I would not stay at this hotel again. And if you want a good quality bed look somewhere else.

This is a fabulous hotel with excellent service from the gentlemen that open the door, the front desk (especially the young East Indian young man with exceptional manners, listening skills and hospitality) to the maid service who get the rooms clean to perfection. The bartenders are personable and excellent mixologists. With the exceptional of Mariam and the gentleman from Texas, the wait staff are not attentive, lack the wandering eye and at one lunch we waited 10 minutes for the blonde to direct her attention to me and there were very few clients in restaurant. Mariam on the other hand was gracious, attentive and had that skill to be present but never intrusive. The food is beautifully presented with beautiful produce but consistently lacked flavor. The sauce is below is never an excuse for an unseasoned dish that lacks zip. The scallops were drenched in a heavy grease hiding any sweetness the scallops originally had. Unfortunate dish. Brighten up your dishes or leave them off the menu. My taste buds were left wanting more flavor and the wines fell flat without performance from the food. The menu is modern with good choices for vegetarians but the flavor isn’t there.
