Conrad Nashville

The staff at the Conrad go out of their way to make your stay is fantastic. Everyone was warm and welcoming. We were able to have a bite to eat at the lounge next to the Blue Aster that was great after a long car ride. The room was plush, beautiful and had lots of lighting choices and easy controls. The room was super quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. . We slept great!. Nice fitness center too!

I want to share our excellent experience at the Nashville Conrad. The service was over the top! The guest service manager, Christopher, was exceptional. He assisted us with finding the perfect room. Thank you for that! Another shout out to Shadae from in room dining. Exceptional service from her and she deserves recognition! She addressed an issue with an order fast and efficiently. My experience at the Nashville Conrad was truly exceptional. As a loyal Hilton Diamond member, I always love staying at Conrads and this was one for the books. From the moment arriving, the bar was set high with valet opening the doors and helping with bags. Check in was extremely seamless, and when I got to my room (2 queen with balcony) I was pleased with how updated, spacious, and clean the room was. The comfortable bed and automatic drapes were a nice touch to wake up and lounge in sunlight. The concierge responded in rapid time with any inquires. My only regret is not staying here longer. The hotel itself is a bit off from the main part of Broadway and would need to coordinate transportation to go there - but situated in music row which is also a good spot. Special shoutout to Amberlynn at the front desk - I collect pins and asked her if I could get a Conrad pin, in a matter of 10 minutes, my room phone was ringing and it was her informing me of a pin for me. Caroline at the bar - making amazing cocktails and giving great recommendations for while in town.

I stayed at the Conrad Nashville for the weekend. It was my first visit to the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most hospitable doorman who was very accommodating. When we checked in, we were met by the most helpful young lady named Esperanza. She was very helpful in trying to get our rooms close together.

My husband and I visit often from Kentucky, and the Conrad is our favorite Nashville getaway - especially for dates and anniversaries, but also to bring friends and family. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and considerate, and we specifically love the wait staff at Blue Aster! Mariam and Bronwyn have both served us twice during our visits, and they were both so engaging with and generous to our children (who we don't usually have with us) - they even got a surprise dessert at lunch. Apart from the staff, the rooms and amenities are awesome, and so beautiful. We will continue to stay at the Conrad whenever we have the chance!

From the moment we checked in, everything was wonderful! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the room was lovely. When they found out that we were in town for dinner reservations and a concert, the valet offered to drive us to these locations. Every thing we requested was delivered in in timely manner and room service was delicious. We are Hilton peeps but this was our first stay at a Conrad property…definitely won’t be our last! Special shoutout to Kevin…best valet ever!

Nashville’s Conrad knocked socks off for us on our recent multi night stay. Breakfast açaí or yogurt, car service, room quality and cleanliness, front desk, concierge: all at superb level. Price was at acceptable level, location close to all but far enough away not to have to deal with Nashville noise and wantobees”

Always a wonderful stay at the Conrad. The rooms are beautiful and the location is great. One staff member stood out to us on this stay and that was Mariam at the restaurant. She remembered us each day with such a genuine smile, a true pleasure!

Mariam was so patient and diligent with our food allergies during our stay. The atmosphere was clean and well maintained.

current weekend manager Austin & he didn’t want to give us her name. We told him the issue we had and he basically said it wasn’t his problem. Zero customer service. Plus, the electricity went out yesterday and today. My room carpet had stains on it. My room refrigerator was broken and they tried to replace it and guess what that one was broken as well..the late night menu (after 11PM coming in from a late flight) has barely any choices and the choices they did have were gross. But worst of all is the customer service. FAIL.
