The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were super clean with a big bathroom, nice couch for lounging, and a very comfortable bed. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator instead of the pay for mini bar. All the staff I encountered was extremely friendly And I enjoyed seeing the bellman. Welcome me in the morning or when I was returning in the evening.

I don’t normally do reviews anymore unless there is something extraordinary to share. The Conrad Nashville is such a place. We had a very good experience with the room, staff accommodations, bell hop, valet, onsite amenities, etc.. This may be our regular stop for weekends in Nashville in the future. I like the location since it’s away from downtown Broadway just enough to be quiet but easily accessed on foot or Uber if you like bar hopping. The only reason I only have 4 stars on the area is due to the views of downtown. There is a tall building blocking the view for 80% of the rooms. But the room comfort and the rest of the Conrad makes us want to come back. Kudos to the staff!

I expected a higher level of service from the Conrad brand, but my stay was disappointing. First, the pool was advertised everywhere with signs about poolside service, yet there was none. We had to order from room service instead, which added an extra $50 to the bill. Later, I found out the pool bar was closed the entire week due to a wedding — something no one mentioned when we booked. Guests should be informed upfront about closures, not left to figure it out on arrival. At checkout, I was also charged $200 more than the rate I had been quoted. When I raised my concerns, the front desk told me I would get a call from the manager — but that call never came. I had to chase it down myself, only to find the manager rude, dismissive, and offering no resolution beyond a hollow “sorry, is there anything else I can help you with.” The front desk staff were polite, but management clearly had no interest in addressing the situation. The property itself felt like a ghost town — no atmosphere, no energy, and not much going on for a hotel marketed as luxury. For the rates charged, I expected a lively, elevated experience. Instead, it fell flat. Overall, very lame for a Conrad. Between the unexpected charges, lack of amenities, closed pool bar, and unhelpful management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
