The views from the room were amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all wonderful.

The property was very stunning decor as each room Is built as a bungalow. However, they should put some scent or detergent on the bedsheets and rooms better since our rooms did smell like bleach. Overall, it was such a pleasure stay.!

We stayed for 3 nights and were a disappointed overall when we went in mid November 2023. Hotel and staff were average. Major roadworks all over Sapa with large construction diggers etc!! It can be very misty, so book 2 nights rather than 1 just incase. Rented 125cc motorcycle from the hotel at 200k dong per day, quite worrying when front and rear brakes failed going down hill!! Too wet to do any long treks. But the main event for us was the clear view above the clouds at the top of Fansipan at 3142m. Return cost of cable car was 800k dong. About 1/2 hour up steep steps to the very top with lots of interesting temples/pagoda on the way.

The views from the rooms are spectacular. It’s a bit out of Sapa town (about a 10 min drive) but this was perfect as it was so quiet and you got the stunning views of Mount Fansipan. They initially put me in the wrong room and it was fully booked that night so couldn’t move me. This room was very cold. That was a bit disappointing, as the room did not have a balcony or top views (what I paid extra for) however, they gave me 30% off my food bill and upgraded me the next 2 nights. The upgraded room was fantastic with panoramic views and warm air from the aircon unit (needed at this time of year). The rooms are all set into the hills so an electric car can take you from your room to the main reception/breakfast area otherwise it’s a very steep walk. Hotel grounds can be very slippery when wet so be careful of that. Overall a wonderful stay in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen.

호텔 위치가 시내와 멀고(1km정도), 경사로여서 도보로 이동하기 조금 힘들었습니다. 호텔 안 room에서 reception 이동도 전기차로 pickup/drop off 요청해서 이용하는게 편합니다. 거리가 있고 경사로여서, 도보는 매일 등산하는 기분입니다~. Room 시설이나 View는 정말 환상적입니다.

Great overall experience. The view from the hotel is stunning.

Pool was green, rubbish and dirt everywhere, cigarette butts on floor of breakfast room, bedroom had mould, shower flooded whole bathroom, door lock was snapped off. We raised issues with staff on the first night, they were all having a party and hotel staff were seen drunk rolling around the hotel foyer. Attempted to get a refund, hotels.com have been useless. Had to pay for another hotel down the road and have never been reimbursed for our terrible experience not only with the hotel but with hotels.com. Very disappointing as we spend thousands a year with them. Customer service 0/10!!! Avoid

We book a 2 nights panoramic view rooms. Located on the top, rooms are all individually. Nice mountains view from balcony and bathroom. Spacious and clean. Buggy will ferry guest up to room or you can take a slow walk up. Good breakfast varieties friendly staffs. Resort is located 10mins from town but is walkable. Catcat village is just below the resort. The only downside is they don't even allow us to keep 1 room till 1pm although we booked 4 and pickup is 130pm.

Joli cadre, belle piscine avec vue sur les rizières mais beaucoup de touristes Vietnamiens qui viennent pour mettre la musique toutes la journée au bord de la piscine et se prendre en photo.
