Resort is an extremely fitting name! Feels like you are on a retreat, staff happy to help with any requests, views are astounding and cleanliness second to none - extremely happy with my stay and would recommend to anyone going

My first reaction when we arrived was; “Are we in heaven?” We were met by Jessica one of the managers and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Jessica and the head manger were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jessica organised everything for us and was very efficient organising an itinerary for us so that we got the most out of our stay. The room we stayed in had an amazing view and everything we needed was supplied. Since we were staying there for 5 days we even received a free laundry service and they even repaired a bag of mine free of charge. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the things l liked best about the resort was that it was very peaceful and relaxing with lovely gardens and surrounded by breath taking views of the surrounding mountains but still only about 10 minutes by taxi from Sapa. It was a very convenient retreat. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved a bit is the gym. We were pleased with the restaurant meals and buffet breakfast also.. We would happily return to this resort.

I am speechless with this hotel in a good way! Everything was excellent all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing with lots of food choices with the view into the mountains and rice fields.The room was very clean and everything was functional. The best part was the view from the room into the mountain and rice fields. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The views are breathtaking! The staff is pleasant but not good at communication : they speak VERY little English which makes the simplest request or question for a very difficult time. I was rushed out of my room because the cleaners were waiting outside my door…it was 9/9.30am so it wasn’t unreasonable to be still getting ready in the room I feel. The room though had a wonderful view but the outside window were dirty so…bit of a shame. The food offer is not good in restaurant and the cocktails (3) we asked for took for ever. Clean bedrooms and surrounding but not very enjoyable stay to mostly food offering and lack of understanding one another.

Itse huone oli siisti ja mukava, hotellin yleiset tilat hieman rapistuneet ja uima allas oli epäsiisti. Mutta yleisesti kaikki meni hyvin, henkilökunta oli mukavaa, aamiainen hyvä.

This hotel is something else! Amazing. Stunning views, beautiful saroundings. Specially Cat Cat Village (walking distance about 20min) and Sapas center about 15 min walking. Lovely lovely hotel. It's clean, staff helpful,.
