Wonderful stay. I want to especially co.mend front desk mr long for being very helpful. Highly recommend the hotel. Very convenient to catcat village.also close enough to town butnice and quiet. Plenty of coffee shops too. Staff really nice especually mrlong

Very nice setting, views are incredible. Nice reception area too with a pool table, pool and bar. we did some laundry and it was turned around within the day. They were also helpful with suggesting what to do in the local area and how to get the best from your stay

Extremely beautiful resort. The location is quite favorable. One thing I really like is the integration of both restaurants and spas in the same resort. extremely friendly staff. You can find Mr Louis. He will support you with everything you need. Charging room and almost every room has pandora mountain views. Thank you for supporting me with a great vacation

This is my first time visiting this resort for an extended business trip. What amazes me the most is the breathtaking landscape here. As for the rooms, they are stunning, and almost every room offers a direct mountain view. The location is also incredibly convenient—perfect for getting around. It only takes 1 km to reach the city center and just about 900 meters to Cat Cat village. Personally, I spent most of my time in the workspace and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant upstairs. The H'Mông Restaurant, located right in the hotel lobby, offers a wide variety of dishes. If you have the chance, you should definitely give it a try!

We got here pretty late because we were coming from Hanoi but we were greeted warmly despite how late it was. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast we had both days were also amazing. The amenities and room was also nice with an amazing view.

Excelente todo El transporte para ir a las habitaciones es un poco demorado El baño no tiene cabina entonces se moja todo el baño completo y no es cómodo

Alors nous sommes arrivés il faisait environ 12 degrés la réception était glaciale le tapis d’entrée très sale et ça sentait la fumée dans tout le hall de réception On nous a accompagné à notre chambre il faisait 13 degrés dans la chambre impossible de me dévêtir on a dû appeler la réception qui ne répondait pas en plus ! Mon conjoint leur a expliqué qu’on ne pouvait pas rester dans une chambre à 13 degrés ! Le lendemain ils nous ont apporté un chauffage d’appoint ! Heureusement car nous ne serions pas resté ! Le petit déjeuner était correct mais l’état des sièges catastrophiques ! Franchement payer plus de 80€ la nuit c’est beaucoup trop cher !!
