This resort was beautifully situated in the hills. Although futher away from the busy city center, it was a perfect place to retreat. All of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. One of the staff, Quy, carted us to and from our room and gave recommendations as to where to go and various food options. The breakfast options varied but were all very tasty. We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

All of the staff were so warm and welcoming. Sarah at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. She even took time to call and check on our shuttle to take us back to the train station. She really made us feel special and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay in Sapa. The spa staff we also excellent helping us have a relaxing stay.

Rooms are nice and big. Easy to communicate. Free breakfast that comes with it is amazing as well. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Long. Will definitely recommend.

일단 사파 시내가 아니라 깟깟마을 근처 입니다. 깟깟마을을 걸어서 이동할 수 있을 정도의 거리입니다. 그리고 호텔이 매우 큽니다. 약간 펜션 같은 느낌입니다. 그리고 판시판으로 가는 모노레일이 보입니다. 그래서 전체적인 풍경이나 느낌은 좋습니다. 그리고 직원들은 친절하고 숙소가 리셉션에서 멀기 때문에 카트를 이용해야 합니다. 물론 무료이고 숙소 앞으로 데리러 오고 데려다 줍니다. 그리고 조식은 맛이 좋습니다. 추후 또 사파에 올 계획이 있다면 무조건 다시 올 겁니다.

The staff at Sapa Cat Cat Hills Resort & Spa were amazing! From Nông Thi Giang & Trân Nhât Long (receptionists) to the amazing spa staff, thank you for a wonderful experience! The room was extremely spacious & comfy, good food in the restaurant, as well as the entire resort grounds & facilities was exquisite and peaceful! I will return!!

Cat cat hills was a lovely place to stay in Sapa. There were fantastic views of the mountains from just about everywhere in the resort and it was nice and quiet. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. We especially enjoyed a jump in the pool followed by combo spa package and massage after our 3 day hike.
