Sapa Cat Cat Hills Resort & Spa

We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service.

Such a beautiful stay. I went with my son and we enjoyed the view, the breakfast buffet and the service. The staff is very kind and helpful. I will stay again in the future

We stayed one night and spent two full days at Sapa Cat Cat Hills Resort & Spa. Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place with stunning views and well-maintained rooms, we stayed in two and both were lovely. However, something felt missing in the overall experience. A few tips: if you arrive early (common due to train times), there are showers available until check-in at 2pm. We didn’t know this and paid extra for early room access, which was okay, but could have been avoided. I used the spa and booked a 1hr 45min treatment, but had to stop after one hour as the therapist didn’t seem well. I wasn’t charged fully, but the situation wasn’t acknowledged, which felt disappointing. It was also my birthday, which I mentioned, but there was no small gesture or recognition. I usually travel on my birthday and it’s nice when places take note, even something simple. Service could improve, possibly due to a language barrier. I requested towels that were missing and it took hours to receive them. Also, our room had a window left open, letting in many mosquitoes. I reported it and eventually received help, but felt my request was initially dismissed. If you have mobility issues, ask for rooms near the front. In all, it’s a great place with potential, just wish the service matched the beautiful setting.

My son and I had an amazing stay, the food is great, the people are kind and helpful, and the views are breathtaking and peaceful. I will come back again. The chicken pho is delicious and the infinity pool is beautiful. Love, love this stay. Louis and his team is fabulous

Great service from host, Mr Louis and Ms Sarah, always checking if he can help us with anything. for instance, helping us take pictures. For the room, it was clean and it has great views as per what you see online. hotel has a lot of facilities easily accessible such as a spa, restaurant, pool etc

The resort is beautiful and so nice! The staff is very helpful and so kind. Especially Louis who played a round of pool with us and helped us improve our game! Would definitely recommend staying here to recharge!

We had an incredibly amazing vacation here. Honestly, it's the most expensive resort in Sapa. When I arrived here, I was greeted with a truly delicious glass of orange juice. The check-in process is also very quick. They let me into a room I remember correctly as 602 The views here are so realistic. The mountains and valleys caught my eye. You will be given tangerines when you enter the room. The woody smell is so fragrant. When we mentioned the spa issue, surprisingly, it was excellent, Baths are a medicine from the Red Dao people. In the area, the restaurant offers a variety of breakfast options. Staff: They work very professionally and are extremely polite They help everyone, always be available when needed, and sincerely thank Louis and Sarah. We hade a great time at this hotel. Beautiful infinity pool, mice rooms and breathing views. The only thing ww didn't like too much was breakfast. There were some options but nothing that we really enjoy.
