our stay was exceptional, thank you so muchhhh. ms. sarah and her team (♡) poured so much thought and care into every detail—especially the beautiful setup they arranged to help us celebrate a very special occasion. it was personal, meaningful, and truly touched our hearts. their kindness and attention made us feel more like welcomed guests than visitors. the place was not only stunning and well-prepared, but the atmosphere they created made it feel like a home away from home. the view was breathtaking in every sense. its rare to come across such genuine hospitality. this wasn’t just a stay for us, it was a memory for me and partner to carry for a long time. ♡

I had a wonderful stay at Catcat Hills Sapa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the foot massage service. After a long day of sightseeing, the foot massage was exactly what I needed—relaxing, professional, and incredibly rejuvenating. The therapist named Ms. Chuyen were friendly and skilled, and the ambiance was peaceful and calming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a touch of pampering!

Awesome location with excellent accommodations. Best buffet breakfast of the four hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam in last three weeks. Front desk and Hotel managers extremely attentive to our requests. My wife, who is Vietnamese, spent hours talking to them for guidance about everything!

The Resort is really a lovely place. The Panorama View room was huge and had everything we needed. It was very nice to shower with such a view. Also the infinity swimming pool was amazing. There is also a spa and a small gym room. To go to the town you can rent a scooter. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you to Sarah, Luis and the other staff members for making our stay very comfortable. We can recommend this resort and would definitely come back. Sapa is a beautiful place to visit with it’s stunning nature.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, the view is breathtaking, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The air conditioning system is also functioning flawlessly!

That was truly one of the best locations l've ever stayed at-what a wonderful landscape! Just a 15-minute walk to Sapa town. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and even the spa had great massage services at very affordable prices. The servers at the breakfast restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the girl who served me dinner on Friday night -she was fantastic! Everyone at this place is amazing. They even provide a buggy service (hotel shuttle) between your room and the reception area whenever needed, which is super convenient. Just one small suggestion: it would be nice to add a few non-pork items to the breakfast menu. Last but not least, the General Manager, Sarah-what a lovely young lady! I had a great chat with her while i was waiting for my Taxi. And it turns out she visited Dubai once. also she help me with my HK tour company as i was late to go back to Hanoi. Best of luck to all of you! I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone I know i Dubai. What incredible hospitality and experience!

The hotel is nicely built and has a nice view, but in my opinion they have a big issue in management. The room is very dirty and full of insects, we also had a lizard in our room. The staff need proper training as they dont know how to deal with tourists and dont know what customer services is. The breakfast doesn't have options and the quality of the food served is not so good. We were only able to eat egg all the time we stayed. Sapa is a beautiful place, but staying at this hotel ruined our visit completely. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want a peaceful holiday with no issues. I tried to speak to the management twice while i was there but didnt even feel that they understood what delivering good service is, so i thought there is even no point of explaining..... i found it so weird once when i saw the hotel manager sat in the restaurant having breakfast while guests are still there instead of him making sure everything is ok....

I had a two night stay in this hotel and I must say the experience was wonderful. The location of the hotel is facing rice terraces and mountains and the view was breathtaking making the experience to another level. The spread option for the morning breakfast were above averafe and staff hospitality was beyond compare. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention of Sarah, Louis and Tony, who took care of us very well. Sarah made sure the check in and check out was smooth and was very helpful in guiding us exploring the city. She went extra mile to help us cover few of the sight seeings. Kudos to your staff ! Great hotel and mesmerising stay !

We spent 2 nights at this place and we absolutely loved it, it was pretty hard to leave. From the staff to the room and the amazing view, everything was great.

Our stay at Sapa Cat Cat Hill Resort was truly exceptional. The resort's shuttle service efficiently transports us from our room to the hotel. This convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mr. Tony, the front manager, whose helpfulness and dedication went above and beyond. He arranged a shuttle service to take us to the bus stop to catch our train and packed breakfast for us when we missed the hotel's breakfast service. His thoughtful actions ensured we had a smooth and pleasant experience. A special thank you to Mr. Louis, the front manager, who was very helpful during our first day.
