Staff made sure we were taken care of. Spa experience was very clean and wonderful. White coffee at the bar was best I’ve ever had! Even though we were completely fogged in and missed the views we came for, we enjoyed the experience. Would absolutely come back

We had a great stay. We can't just see a clear view because of the weather condition. But we will be back by summer. With Same hotel for sure. This one made our stay in Sapa a memorable one. Thank you very much. 2 thumbs up. Your staff are very Accomodating too

Hotel is 1.3kms out of centre along a narrow cyclone damaged road. Staff not very welcoming and non-communicative. We came early and they didn’t inform us there was a gym, pool and restaurant we could use. We found them ourself. They use an ‘air freshener’ in reception that is so strong it smells like insecticide. Music is played in lounge on tinny speakers so not a nice sound and not relaxing. They do have a free pool table, though, Breakfast is dull in menu and flavour. The room was well appointed with awesome view but very dirty and there was a really awful smell coming from the bathroom (like a rats nest)

This was my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was unique with beautiful views. The room was lovely and clean. Staff shuttled us up and down from our room to the lobby within a couple minutes. The location was great too, so close to Catcat village and downtown Sapa, as well as the fanatical gondola. Can’t recommend this hotel more!

Beautiful resort with very spacious and comfortable rooms, lovely staff, amazing views and a great breakfast buffet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a beautiful rose garden and terraced rice field outside the well appointed, clean and very spacious cabins as well as a sparkling pool at the main building.

This property was advertised very well. Upon arrival the space looked nice too. It is definitely an average place to stay but not as good as you would think. Safety latch was broken as soon as we arrived, and staff tried to charge us extra money for this at checkout. Luckily we had taken a photo. Throughout the night we heard lots of people partying, yelling, and slamming doors. It took 2 days (majority of our stay) to get a night of sleep uninterrupted by this - Bear in mind we are in our 20’s and have stayed at party hostels that were more restful. Staff was good but again we have experienced better. Seems like not so much a place for foreign visitors. I will say the breakfast was good and there was definitely some helpful and very kind staff. Not a bad place to stay, but just not 5 stars.

Some of the staff in the restaurant lied and being shady. Customer already paid the bill but they lied and to hustle more money so they can pocket the money.
