"The rooms were nice. No continental breakfast."

It was clean however and pleasantly secluded.

Parking in the back and they said there would be a continental breakfast but all there was was coffee. The owner said to call or text and I did text about breakfast but got no response

"This was a nice home to stay at and close to town."

Bedroom was spacious with comfy beds. It was a quiet neighborhood with tons of parking.

Bathroom not attached to our bedroom. Had to walk thru sitting room to get to our bathroom.

we liked that it was clean and good TV channels. Staff very kind and responsive to any questions/inquiry before and during stay which goes a long way these days

There was confusion on our room having a private bathroom. The booking.com site where we booked advertised a private bath. After booking we upgraded because of the private bath. No big deal cause we were only staying one night. Just confusing and we readjusted our expectation.

"Reasonable price for a short stay"

No breakfast was available with this booking

The room was nice. The location very pastoral with nearby properties having unusual animals. Bathrooms are shared--this was not evident in the listing. This was really just renting a room and not like a BNB stay.

"Being the only place to stay close to Purcellville it was really the only choice."

Our room was lovely. Had a queen and a twin bed. The twin bed was a little hard.

I had requested early check in and I got an email that it was approved for 3 PM check in. When I arrived at 3:15 PM the door was locked and no one answered the door. I went to a window and knocked and another guest let me in. When I called the owner, she said that she did not approve the early check in and that I should have gotten an email. Surprisingly, I got the email after I hung up with her. My guest and I opened a very hard to open sliding door to get to a small patio which I think was actually a private area. There was no other outside seating option that I found except for the front porch.

"This stay met all my needs and wants."

I loved everything about this house.The house was in a good location surrounded by nature. The host was friendly , warm, and very attentive to my needs.The house was clean and cozy.I couldn’t ask for more, I will be back. I recommend this home to stay in.
