The mirror in the room was covered in hand prints. If made me question the overall cleanliness. Same for the info papers

"Nice place, but breakfast and bathroom facilities are not competitive."

The room was spacious, clean and well lit. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room allowed me to work on my computer while my wife slept. The first floor facilities could have served this purpose, as well.

The bathrooms were remote from the bedroom. And there wasn't good towel space. The lack of privacy and convenience was surprising. The drawers in the bathroom allowed me to store my toothbrush, razor and hair brush there, but I would not have used the drawers if there had been other guests.
