Poor breakfast. Did not like shared bathrooms

The room was clean and spacious, as was the hall bathroom. We were the only ones staying on the wing, so we had the bathroom to ourselves. Lana was available for questions.

Although our room had been advertised as having satellite television, there was not a tv in the room and the tv in the common area only had Netflix and Amazon, no network channels. We had hoped to watch a football game on our arrival and had to go into town to find a bar. The property was difficult to find, as there was no signage indicating that it was actually Purcellville Home. It is not really a B&B - we were shown a kitchen that had boxes of cereal and told we could make our own breakfast if we liked. We felt we were overcharged for what was provided.

1. breakfast was 2 packages of instant oatmeal & box of Cheerios and a coffee pot. 2. having to share a bathroom with other guests.

Needed a place to stay near Purcellville, but did not realize this was actually an assisted living facility.

The description of the facility should have EXPLICITLY explained that it’s really an assisted living facility. It is nothing even close to an Airbnb or inn of any kind. We were all taken by surprise and not in a good way.
