Taller de Juan - Casa Hotel

Una gran experiencia, el personal del hotel te hace sentir en casa. Súper serviciales y nos cumplieron todo lo que pedíamos. Muy bonito hotel con los cuartos muy bonitos y completos. Muchísimas gracias! Se vivió una gran experiencia.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Taller de Juan. The location is ideal and walkable to some of the best parts of San Cristobal, and the facilities were stunning. The interiors, art, decor, and bonus record player in our room really helped us have a wonderful place to relax in-between our daily explorations. The hotel and staff also helped us arrange transport and private tours around the surrounding area - we had a really moving day learning about the surrounding towns, culture, crafts, and food. Chiapas has so much to explore and I hope to return to San Cristobal and stay again at Taller de Juan

Everything was beautiful, well designed and clean. I was happy with a lots of green in the garden, which was very cozy.

El ambiente es acogedor, la decoración es divina, ame la cama y almohadas, las obras de arte espectaculares, el personal excelente en el trato. Volveremos!

Me gustó la hospitalidad del personal del hotel todos fueron muy amables. Sé que es un hotel colonial en el que por lo mismo sus instalaciones son acordes, sin embargo No me gustó que la cama de la habitación crujía demasiado así mismo fueron en reiteradas ocasiones que para normalmente nos movieron la cama varias veces. El estacionamiento del hotel deja mucho que desear inclusive de huéspedes que se atreven a dejarte notas para que no te estaciones en un lugar determinado, pésimo servicio de limpieza abajo de la cama había mucho polvo estamos estornudando en demasía. A mi consideración bonito hotel pero no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Todo perfecto y el anfitrión con un excelente servicio, preocupándose en el más mínimo detalle. El único pero que le pondría es que me tocó la habitación enfrente de la recepción y se oyen todos los ruidos, pero en general muy buen hotel.

The staff (especially the girl/woman at the front desk) was very friendly! We got a welcoming drink and some fruit. In the evening they always put some little cookies on your pillow, very cute. In the morning you can make your own coffee in the room which is also great. The overall interior and outdoor sitting area are really nice and everything looks pretty and taken care of!

The matrass of the bed was a bit “sagged” in our opinion so we didn’t sleep very well + there was also quite alot of street noise (even with ear plugs). The first night the cocktails we drank were good and the girl who served us did a great job but the second night the guy who served us (well didn’t actually) kind of dismissed us and said he didn’t had what we wanted but didn’t offer to make something else, he didn’t bother but okay, maybe is wasn’t his day I dunno :D
