Taller de Juan - Casa Hotel

Quality, comfort & location… however what made this place stand out was the welcome and service.

Muy buena opción, un punto a mejorar es el servicio de masajes en parejas debido a que no siempre se cuenta con el personal suficiente para hacer dos a la vez, al igual que la opción de TV en recámaras más sencillas.

Our stay in San Cristobal was magical, thanks in large part to the Taller de Juan and its wonderful staff. The hotel itself had a homey feel with the quirky art, the open-air garden seating and its fresh-air fragrance. The location was convenient to the historic town center. The cleanliness and "extra touches" like the half-moon cookies, complimentary tea and evening turn-down service were unexpected and much appreciated. Ximena, Rodrigo, Gleidy and the kitchen staff couldn't have been more accomodating, answering many questions and providing information on what to see and how to get there. We're looking forward to a return trip!

We kept bumping our heads on the hanging natural fiber lamp shades on either side of the bed. Other than that, I can't think of a thing.

Es un hotel muy lindo, pocas habitaciones 8 en total lo que permite atención individual muy buena y excelente lugar para descansar a 13-15 minutos del centro

2. Mr &Mrs Smith: Set behind thick walls in the style of buildings in San Sebastián - ie non de script one story Mexican style. wondered how on earth Mr and Mrs smith could ever sanction such an institution.. but inside was this beautiful hotel arranged around lush courtyard. The rooms were opulent and very comfortable with a superb shower and vanity cabinet etc. the hotel staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast although extra was excellent. I have had the best coffee here .

Beautiful hotel, room was perfect. Boutique feel and staff went above and beyond to help us out. Couldn't recommend enough.

We stay 4 nights at Taller de juan and all I can say is that is the most welcoming place i’ve ever been, is super quiet and aesthetic, every corner at the hotel is a piece of art. The restauran at the hotel is a 10/10 super delicious.

The location was wonderful and all the staff were amazing. We loved our delicious breakfasts - altogether an excellent hotel

We knew the room had windows on to the street as that was explained and we chose that over the room with the skylight but I suppose the main problem is the noise from the street and also there was a noise coming from the fridge area - we alerted the staff to this and they were going to investigate.

The staff and service at this small, lovely hotel went beyond expectations. They were always available to help, serve, or just chat. The turn-down service at night was unexpected but appreciated. They turned on the heater and left little cookies on our pillow. There is a wood fireplace in the lobby, and they always lit a fire in the evening for us.
