Beautiful and relaxing hotel with really nice amenities, friendly staff and a peaceful courtyard. It is also very conveniently located and the team offer tours and drivers for whatever you might need.

Calm, peaceful and luxury place to pamper yourself in San Cristobal. Definitely a place to stay and disconnect. The interior design of the hotel, the room is beautiful, comfortable and has quality materials and products. The people that welcome us and the waiter were really attentive and helpful.

Este hotel es precioso, cómodo, todos son super atentos, caminas a todos lados. El hotel tiene un diseño impecable, rico restaurante, con un jardín hermoso. No hay tele, lo cual no es para todos, pero hay música, y el wifi funciona perfecto. Volveremos, felices.

Beautifully decorated, excellent linens, great staff

This is a hotel with extreme attention to inspiring design and large, very comfortable rooms. Music in the rooms offered by personal pick-up and LPs, quite nice. No television, who needs it. The inner courtyard has several very nice spots to relax with a drink and nice snack food. Except for occasional street noise, this hotel is top.

The hotel is located in an area of San Juan de las Casas with a lot of traffic in the morning and evening and sometimes noisy neighbors. That can be fixed with the right choice of rooms and the hotel staff was very helpful in that respect (luckily we were there in low season). Surprisingly, many staff members don't understand even basic English, but that was easily fixed by other guests willing to translate or colleagues able to communicate in English.
