Central Belfast Apartments Utility Street

The apartment was a good size and gave us the freedom and space to move around. It was very well equipped. The location was great.

I think the deposit of 250 pounds should be upfront on Booking.com. When travelling for several weeks overseas it is a large amount to deduct if not budgeted for. I also lost money on the exchange both ways. Saying this the bond was refunded within a few days albeit less $A30 with the exchange.

The location is absolutely perfect as it close to queens uni. My parents coming just for my graduation. So, the location is my 1st consideration. Second, the room is so clean and cozy. 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa and a double bed can easily fit a family. I love the bathroom, it is clean and nice decoration. The window above the toilet bowl allows u to have a good view while peeing.😶‍🌫️

One thing is there is no lift inside. We need to carry our luggages climbing 3 floor.

The location was near the train station and made it easy to get around.

The unit was on the top floor and had to drag the cases up 4 flights of stairs. The managing agent was very hard to deal with and demanded a security deposit on top of the room rate. You could only pay the deposit via Paypal and was charged a transaction charge on top of the deposit. The deposit was in GBP and we were charged in AUD so you lose on exchange as well. This all left a very bitter taste and made it even more expensive. They also sent many emails stating if the deposit was not paid we would lose our booking and no refund.

Excellent location to visit Belfast. Exceptional contact with the host. Very helpful and dealing with our extra requests without hesitation.

The property is clean and tidy. A great number of good restaurants nearby. Easily accessible to public transport to city centre if you don't drive.

It was quiet, cozy and i loved having the ability to climate control. Im always too hot or too cold lol
