Central Belfast Apartments Utility Street

The apartment was impeccable and provided a comfy base for us in a hard time and was in a great location for travel to Royal Belfast Hospitals. The bed was easily the comfiest we had slept in for a while. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Belfast.

The property meet all expectations. Nice touch to have a few crisps and a bottle of white wine, if only I drank white wine!! Thanks.

A few basic condiments would have improved the ability to cook without spending more. The shower was difficult to operate due to a stiff tap, however the team were notified and will aim to fix the problem. Not having to take out bins at the end of the stay.

Lovely, clean, warm, spacious apartment. Great facilities. Within walking distance of Belfast Centre, but easy enough to drive out to the coast. The hosts/management were great, very helpful and even left tea, coffee, milk, crisps and wine. I was apprehensive about the security deposit, but understand now why they ask for one (to ensure guests look after the place and keep it at such a good standard), and it was refunded quickly after departure so no problem. Thank you for a nice stay.

I couldn't find a dishwasher like noted on the facilities, but this wasn't a problem as washing up liquid and tea towels were provided. Maybe could add a single sofa bed to the living room so kids don't have to share a bed, but we knew what to expect so not complaining, just a suggestion.

Location was good.

We arrived at 6.30 pm and collected the keys from the lockbox of the bulding. The apartment is on the top floor and their is no elevator so we brought our bags up 4 flights of stairs. When we got to the apartment we attempted to turn on the lights but they did not work.It was dark outside already so there was no daylight coming through the windows.We were in complete darkness. Its an apartment complex not owned by the host so their is no reception.I tried to contact host but there was an answering machine that stated the line is only monitored between 9 to 5.I searched their website and my emails in regards to the booking to try find an emergeny number and there is none.A loud alarm started going off in our apartment.We thought it may have been fire alarm for the building but it was confined to just our room.I found the source of the alarm was an electricity box that said "no money" flashing on it. My son was upset and scared in this dark apartment with a loud alarm screeching. We decided to go out for dinner and when we returned our fob to get into the main door of the apartment building did not work.We had to ring the bells of the other apartments to plead with someone to let us in.When we got into our apartment it was freezing cold.Unable to turn on the heating as no electricity.We used the torches on our phones to s but were worried that we would run out of battery and no way to charge them we decided to have an early night and try to go to sleep.The alarm went off a few more times waking us up and upsetting my son.In the morning i finally got through to someone when the phone line opened and they sent someone to the apartment to fix the elecricity.They apologised and refunded the first night.We were only staying for 3 nights so first night being that horribly stressful in dark and cold apartment ruined the holiday. The fob for the door worked sometimes and sometimes it didnt.

The apartment was in a very good location for exploring the city centre and getting out into the countryside. We found Belfast very welcoming.

Very clean, warm and modern. Close to the city centre, plenty of space for our 14 month old to play

Location is a rough area. Came out after the first night to find my car keyed. Lots of drunks wandering outside the car park and thugs who got awful close to me for no reason when I was loading up the boot of my car. Deposit is steep and you have to empty your own bins.

Communication is only done by email or phone calls from 9-5pm. After 5pm, no instructions on how to get hold of the host

Great location, City Hospital train stop across the road, easy to walk to the centre. The apartment was well equipped and the stay was comfortable.

They forgot to pay the security deposit back, I had to e-mail them, however they apologized and immediately sent the money back, I am sure it was an honest mistake that doesn’t happen to everyone.

The property was very new and very well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for family stay with all the necessities. My family and I were very happy with it.
