You have to make a deposit and when your book and they ask picture of proof of your age (they do not want under 25: good thing). And then, when you pay it is not refundable... So, I would have appreciated having the full rule before booking. We booked during our trip and it was a bit complicated to send those information before arriving... The place is well enough located ( 10-15 minutes walk from the main central area: do not worry about that).

Close to public transfer and good restaurants. Comfort was also great.

central location and perfect for viewing the Belfast marathon. good space for a young child with a smart tv to keep him entertained. easy parking

Having the deposit charged from your credit card seems overly cautious. We had iit returnesd within a reasonable period but a the terms stare it could take up to ten days,

Great location, very friendly staff with excellent communication. The facilities at the property were fantastic - loved the welcoming present, it went down a treat. We will stay here again.

The property ticked all our boxes so nothing negative to say.
