Another great stay. Fantastic for the kids

We stayed for 2 nights for a family event and it was absolutely what we wanted.

Poor customer service. After we raised issues with the room, no apology was offered; we were just told to send an email and attach pictures.

We went here for my other half s birthday and had a great time. All the staff we encountered were really nice. Plus the brekkie was very tasty with loads of options with high quality products

Excellent hotel. Stayed with partner and 2 children. The kids loved the bunk beds and found them comfy. The tv was a little bit temperamental but we managed ok for our short stay over. Watermarks on the taps in the bathroom could have down with a wipe over by the cleaners but otherwise it was very clean and the little fridge was a lovely added bonus. We visited the wildlife park which was excellent and ate at the evolution restaurant although pricey the food was good especially the kids chicken nuggets. It was a great dining experience with the animatronic dinosaurs. We would recommend and definitely consider another visit.
