Very nice and modern house, clean beds and all good

Property was generally of a good standard although it wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Balcony and patio areas again could have been cleaner.

Customer services was generally quite poor. No correspondence from the property before our arrival so we weren’t sure where to collect our keys. I had to ring four times before someone eventually responded and just said come to hotel reception next door! Also three days after our return home, we received a parking fine for up to £100 for parking outside our home on the first evening. Tried to contact someone at the property about this, left three emails and still nobody had the decency to respond. We won’t be returning. Please watch out for this if staying at the Mews.

The house was great, clean, comfortable, exactly as pictured! Loved the ammount of bathrooms. The terrace was great as well. Loved the bathrobes and the toiletries provided. Giant TV that allowed casting ot it was great for the living room.

I wish we could have gotten at lest two keys, as we were a group of friends and we were not always together. We were provided only one key and the option to leave it at reception, but having more keys is just more comfortable since the house is in the back of the hotel and you need a detour to go to reception. The AC/heating system seemed super complicated, it was set on 26 degrees for some reason and we had a hard time figuring out how to set it lower. We tried multiple times, it looked like it worked, and then just went back to 26. It was really hot in the apartment, and we had to open the windows a lot. They provided detergent for the washing machine but no dishwasher pills for the dishwasher. There was a liquid detergent for washing dishes manually but no sponge/brush. They could have also provided extra garbage bags, and better sorting trash insturctions. As we are not local we were unsure how to sort the trash.

The house was beautiful with all mod cons. Perfect for what we needed with great communal space and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms The decor was gorgeous and the technology was great. Underfloor heating, speakers and light sensors in the bathrooms

We were not able to check in until 20 mins after so were waiting outside for a while When leaving we found the staff in the hotel rude, we were not given the residents rate for parking after being told on the phone we would The staff at the hotel may not be the same as the ones who run the house but they were not helpful at all The staff at check in were lovely and couldn't do enough for us

Lots of space with 3 bathrooms - outside space and balcony. Cleanliness.

Limited and expensive parking. Limited kitchen equipment.

Modern, well designed, comfortable beds and living area. Parking right outside, and location were great.

Dirty, really not clean! At first glance all appeared ok, but then you noticed the cobwebs, dust everywhere, underside of toilet seats etc. Also, only one saucepan! No other means of cooking. No cloth or cleaning materials/products. Staff - the hotel seem to manage the check in and outs for this property that is otherwise private. This means that even if the staff wanted to be helpful, they really would struggle as it’s simply not their property and they are not a vacation rental Management company - they are a hotel.

Super modern place, super clean, beautiful exactly what you see in the pictures and much more! Every room has it's own private bathroom which makes it just perfect!

It's a three-story home, so keep that in mind when planning for your luggage.

Fantastic accommodation for a small group. We had one of the mews houses. It was clean and comfortable and contained almost everything you could need for a short stay. We would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed having stayed previously at the hotel. The properties are supposedly managed by the hotel however on arrival we were just handed keys. No wifi code, explanation on why the various bins were for, how the heating worked or more importantly that the hotel facilities were not included in the stay. Finally the Cambridge half marathon was on the weekend of our stay and we needed to get across the river. Not one member of reception could find the hotel on the course map which was hidden behind reception. No mention of anything in the hotel. The manager was next to useless and kept saying he only managed the news houses. Very poor.
