Excellent modern home with all facilities. Parking was free outside the front door. Clean, centrally located. Couldn’t fault it really.

Excellent apartment

We loved the house, lovely and clean, plenty of room, great tea & coffee making facilities. Lovely toiletries & plenty of them.

All very high tech electrics with no instructions, the kitchen lacked cooking equipment & washing up/rubbish bin essentials. A few minor faults but hopefully solved now as left a snagging list at the hotel. We have received 3 parking tickets since returning home as we used one of the 2 cars to unload/load & this resulted in a ticket, however it has been cancelled on request, so make sure the hotel knows of any car registration.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fellows House Mews. It was perfect for a romantic getaway, as it’s far enough from the hotel for total privacy, but still close enough that we could pop across to the hotel for dinner. Really appreciated the large kitchen which was perfect for making breakfast and lunch, as it came equipped with cooking utensils. Check in was smooth and whenever we did interact with the staff, I found them to be helpful, friendly with no question being a problem for them. Would definitely stay again if we ever do a couples getaway in Cambridge again.

We were really impressed with the stylish design of the house and were excited by the modern technological systems that were used throughout the house to control the temperature/music/etc. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. We were also very grateful for the reception team who helped us with our concerns and requests throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, we had issues locking our front door, which caused us to have a few concerns about the safety of our contents. We are very grateful for the reception team who helped us in resolving the issue - The maintenance team was able to fix the door lock in the morning. We weren't provided with any dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid which would have been really useful - and things such as a tea towel, and a few extra bits of cutlery cups etc would have come in handy.
