Good location - relaxing space

Property looking and feeling tired: both recycling wheelie bins already overflowing on arrival; downstairs bathroom door did not shut therefore could not be locked when occupied; only 1 dishwasher tablet provided for a 4 night stay; several cupboard doors in the kitchen loose and difficult to close; integrated dishwasher unit not secure making it tricky to close; various trims in kitchen broken; no tea towel or cloths provided - had to purchase separately; lights throughout the property over complicated; heating system difficult to manage; in the main bedroom a large metal trim would fall down every time the balcony doors were opened.

The accommodation is fantastic. It was clean, spacious, comfortable & modern. The decor is really nice. I also liked the strong showers and sensor bathroom lighting.

I was really annoyed that they tried to change my accommodation to 2 interconnecting 1 bedroom apartments in Curio. We also arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Also, the back gate was broken.

This is a well run hotel with great facilities all round... but the most exceptional element are the charming,friendly helpful staff. I haven't experienced service like this in the UK for a long time. Well done Cambridge Hilton Curio

Fabulous, modern, spacious townhouse. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and bedrooms. Definitely recommend a stay here. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to Cambridge centre.

Great location and lovely place

We should have been told details about collecting keys etc earlier - message was sent at 1515 on the day.

Location was the best. Only 15 minutes walk to centre of Cambridge with other pubs and facilities within 5 minutes.
