Beautiful setting, very nice cabins and incredible staff

Room was large, with a comfy bed. Lovely views all round the property, especially sunset. Experiencing the local funghi was great and really enjoyed the mezcal. Stars were beautiful and setting is awesome.

No hot water in shower, breakfast was so slow (took 1.5 hrs) that we bought eggs and made our own the next few days. The reception weren't particularly informative, as we only found out there was a kitchen we could use from the guide Ulna (who is amazing) on our guided hike! The room also has so much potential to be a beautiful room but they have cut a few corners, especially in the bathroom. Don't expect luxury, expert reasonable comfort in awesome surroundings. Plus if you don't like the food, you can order takeaway from town!

Staff unaccomodating and unhelpful. Expected a lot more for the cost, which was very expensive.

Excellent accueil de la part du personnel. La chambre était bien équipée et agréable. Le seul point à améliorer serait la température de l’eau, qui reste tiède au lieu d’être chaude. Sinon, tout était parfait.
