Das Dorf Hotel

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The property is on an expansive piece of land with a beautiful lake and Villaricca Volcano in sight. The room is spacious, lovely wood floors, lovely views, in room coffee and tea service, refrigerator, and room darkening blinds. The bedding and pillows are lush and fluffy and comfortable bed. It is impeccably clean, has a lovely little pool and excellent breakfast served at your table daily. It is definitely a boutique hotel with extra little extravagances that make it feel special. It is definitely best to have a car if you are planning to stay here as it is not accessible from the town of Pucon by foot. It is a short drive to town and good access from the hotel to other areas of interest.

The place is beautiful, it’s surrounded by a little forest that my daughter loved. The lake views are stunning.

En general las instalaciones son agradables con olor a madera que genera un ambiente cálido. La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. Respecto al personal todos muy atentos
