"Scenic, peaceful property outside town"

Plenty of parking. Lovely, quiet property. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Bed was spacious and comfy. Location is right between Pucon and Villarrica.

Staying on the first floor, we could hear the guests above us walk around quite loudly. I'd suggest requesting a top level floor!

"Amazing"

It is a charming hotel with an astonished view to the lake, extremely clean and comfortable, pleasant staff. Definitely it was a very good experience and nice choice in being there.

Nothing to complain, everything was perfect.

The staff, the food at the restaurant, the size and view of the room were exceptional. Location also very nice!

Buildings are cold and hard to heat. Massages wasn’t good especially because it was very cold. For the price after staying for 6 nights we would have expected some courtesy item such as a bottle of wine or including one tinaja… everything is extra including water…
