Skylight In-Terminal Hotel

Immediately adjacent to airport. Spectacular breakfast buffet included.

We had lunch at the Jogol restaurant Very good restaurant to have a meal. Nice ,clean and very good food. The waitress and the hostess (rahel and kalkidan) treated us very well and with respect. We will return.l for sure in the future tnx so much!

This hotel offers a roomrate by the hour. Expedia does not offer this option hence I paid for 24 hours but only stayed 8 hours, an overcharge of about $70.

After a long and tedious flight and an 8hours lay over before my next flight, I needed to rest. I found my way to the hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. They were nothing short of amazing!! Special thanks to Zewdu Girma, the bellboy who was very kind and quick to help!!!! Thank you!!! #happycustomer 😀

Excellent

I often stay at this hotel when I'm transiting through Addis, but this time felt really special. I was welcomed at reception like an old friend by Wasihun and Hailegrorgis, and the check-in process was seamless. My room was in perfect condition and very comfortable. The food options for breakfast were better than before, and it's clear that all feedback is taken seriously. Well done to the Skylight team!

Great place to stay for the night

The skylight hotel helped us in Addis. They provided clean confortable room and bath when we were tired and had short layover as we traveled to Rome. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They worked out a complication with our reservation quickly. I wrote one team member name down bc he was helpful. Sawdust Girma - Bellman. I would recommend this hotel that is within the airport. No need for a visa into Ethiopia if you are simply flying through the country and not staying.

On the website it stated all inclusive which is very confusing to my understanding all inclusive means breakfast, lunch and dinner and standard drinks but was no the case once I paid for it.

Convenient local. Room BO50 smelled of sewer, TV did not work, AC did not work stayed on 25deg. Breakfast was fridge cold, food was prepped the day before. Bed was comfortable, shower had hot water. But really deficient for $180/night when other government hotels close to airport are $50/nite.
