Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya

Booking.com, I must say you got this one right. Fantastic friendly staff. Very chatty and polite. This was truly a very pleasant stay. The level of presentation is worthy of a 10 rating. Courtyard staff, you should all feel very proud. Thank you for make our stay so pleasant!

With the experience as a Titanium Member for more than 10 years and more than 2.000 overnight stays worldwide in Marriott Hotels I can say The Courtyard North Pattaya is the best Courtyard we ever stayed in our life. What made my stay truly exceptional, however, was the staff — especially the incredible teams working in the lobby, kitchen and restaurant. Every day, they greeted the guests with genuine smiles, warmth, and a helpful attitude that made a lasting impression. Their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to the General Manager Roijana Franzke, who did an outstanding customer service. I wish I could reference everyone by name, I cannot. They were all the perfect model of presenting an excellent, professional, and courteous customer service experience. It was simply a pleasure to stay at this particular Courtyard... making it hard to leave

I’m a Marriott Platinum member, and this was my 33rd stay at Courtyard North Pattaya. I’ve almost never received an upgrade here, despite my elite status. This time, one day before arrival, I was delighted to see my reservation had been upgraded to a suite—probably for the first or second time out of all 33 visits. However, upon check-in, I was told the room had been reassigned to another guest, and I was placed back into my original booking. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care—no apology, no explanation, and no compensation was offered. Their response was indifferent and disappointing, far from the level of service expected from the Marriott brand. After reading similar reviews, it seems this may be a recurring issue. I’m very disappointed and will likely not return. This hotel does not meet Marriott standards and has some of the least responsive service I’ve experienced at any Marriott property worldwide. Especially if you’re an elite member—this hotel is not worth your money or loyalty.

I had a fantastic experience at Courtyard North Pattaya. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool and gym were a great bonus. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return

Was good not that superd unfortunately

I’ve stayed at many Marriott Bonvoy properties and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, my stay at Courtyard Pattaya didn’t meet the usual standard. The room had a noticeable musty smell, likely due to moisture or an issue with the air conditioning. It gave off a bad odor that affected the overall comfort of the stay. I believe the AC system might need some maintenance or repair. While I appreciate the Marriott brand and usually trust their consistency, this stay was a bit of a letdown compared to my past experiences.
