Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. Cafeteria can proudly boast all kinds of delicious food and represents cuisine of different cultures. Good though not big swimming pool with a view, just enough to relax nearby and cool oneself on a hot day. Equipped gym for sport lovers with a great view as well. Everything overweighted my expectations.

My friend and I joined the Pattaya Marathon, and this hotel is close to the event venue and Terminal 21, which was really convenient for us. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was also really impressed by the staff at the front desk, especially Khun Koii. She was professional and helped us change our room as we had originally booked a King room, but we wanted to switch to a Twin. Khun Koii quickly found a suitable room for us and even invited us to join the special hour at the lobby bar, which was a nice benefit. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the service at the bar. I understand the special hour can be busy, but the staff didn’t seem very attentive. They avoided eye contact and just did the minimum. I didn’t feel the level of service I expected if compared to other Marriott hotel. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience, which was excellent.

The hotel is very central of Pattaya very convenient and hotel have complimentary shuttle bus to mall.The staff are awesome, (Khun Koii , khun Ginnjay) and the rooms are very well presented. The bar at lobby is exceptional staff is very helpful. (Khun Lisa)

One of the best Marriott hotels for friendliness, service and value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting the North Pattaya area of Thailand.

it's located quite close to the terminal 21 mall which made it great for our group as they provided complimentary shuttle services every hour. Our group had an event there and though the check in staff do need some more training and sales team really need to brush up on their hospitality, it was all made up for by the front office manager and Ning who really went out of her way to make things right. A big shout out to Pukky who went above and beyond for our group and really made us feel welcomed and cared for. She deserves a promotion or raise. :) Cant wait to go back again.
