Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya

When the general manager knows your name without introducing yourself you just know the level of service is going to be exceptional. The room manager Siri the restaurant manager and assistant manager Mark and Bo and the server Sky are just wonderful. So welcoming and I love the feeling of being spoilt and they make you feel special . The rooms are spacious the room service food choices are great . My personal favourite is the beautiful peaceful roof top pool . Views are stunning and again the bar staff remember you and what you drink . I cannot think of a single fault . Just delightful in a wonderful location where you can walk to a main shopping centre and dozens of restaurants. Try it you won’t be disappointed!

Воздушные кровати, уютный номер, ванная комната отличная. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак! В целом все очень понравилось!

Мы бронировали двухместный номер с двумя двуспальными кроватями, на троих человек. В итоге в номере было две широкие односпальные кровати (ну либо это крайне узкие двуспальные)), и все принадлежности были на двоих человек. Обратились на ресепшн, принадлежности донесли (только те, о которых мы сами спросили, типа полотенец), но не понятно, почему это не было готово к заселению.

Отличное расположение- близко к пляжу, ресторанам , ТЦ Терминал 21

Если целью вашей поездки является пляжный отдых , то имейте в виду , что в номерах отсутствуют балконы , поэтому сушить пляжные вещи проблематично

The itemised bill I got snd there was a 10 percent service charge added everyday on the bill

The rooms were well maintained, and the beds are so nice! ❤️ The staff are professional and you can feel the Thai hospitality with them. Breakfast options is also great from asian to western, it is surely hotel for everyone. They also provide shuttle service from hotel to terminal 21. All in all the experience is great to me and my friends.

Services were the outstanding of this hotel. All staffs were kindly helpful. They answered and serviced with smile and full intentions. There were even a guest house for free alcohol on Friday and Saturday. There were underground parking with shade and EV station ports.

I did not like the futon, did feel fresh in the morning. I had problem with the EV charger, but mainly my car problem, not the charger. It was not next to the beach, but there was a public beach access on the front road direct to the beach. There were quite some homeless slept on this path.
