the rooms looked new , very clean , the staff is very friendly

THEY DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER , UNEXCITABLE AT ALL FROM AN HOTEL, FOOD MUST OF THE MANU WAS NO AVAILABLE . (THEY NEED TO APPROVE ON THIS ) and I want to list next week , I am still things of going their or trying a other hotel because of hot water , and only one type of food .

GNS Hotel is a great place perfectly located. The staff is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Stayed 7 Nights : No cooling in AC, No Hot water for bath, poor Wifi…

The receptionist was of great help with any questions about the city and available.

No hot water in the bathroom and no room convenience amenities.

I loved the location. The interior was very nice plus enough space in the rooms. I also loved that breakfast had variety. I also like that the staff tried to solve my issues.

I didn't like that the water pressure was very low in the bathroom. There was no hot water 🥵. I had to take a bath which delayed me because I had to boil water in turns. The other thing is the room I slept in wasn't full complete I think it's still under construction. Lastly I wish the receptionist can orient a client of the necessities as he hands the keys, I reached the room without the extension numbers so I had to dress up and go back to the reception which was down stairs
