Noise pollution from bikes

We opted for this hotel due to its proximity to all the bus companies that travel from Kampala to Kigali. However, other than the location which is indeed quiet, walkable and have a big supermarket on the ground floor and a good breakfast included. Almost everything else needs to be upgraded or worked on. The WIFI is frustratingly slow, breakfast supposed to be ready at 7 am but it was not. The restaurant personnel were totally disorganized and confused as if it is the first time they set up the dinning/breakfast area. The mattresses are hard and the pillows are even harder. We could not sleep well all night. They have a door that they lock for the safety of the customers on each floor with another passage thru the stairs, no elevator access and you cannot reach the front desk unless you take the stairs down. Hence NOT ideal for accessibility. All in all I would have not chosen this property if it was not for the location. Having said that I would even skip that hotel altogether if I was in the same situation on my next trip.
