My stay was just amazing 👏 🤩

Nothing alot

I just got upstairs to my room after they moved to two other different rooms in this place since the doors wouldn’t close, ac is not working and I only have one towel in this room. Nothing to step out of the shower on. I tried to call them but the phone is not working 😂😂… and I had to take a cold shower. Overall not the happiest with the place but after I spoke to the manager this morning he did try to make things better. I HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW AS I FEEL I WAS A LITTLE UNFAIR

The Staff were professional and the rooms very cleaned. Few minutes to all coins of Kampala.

Building, rooms are good sized

Again there was no hot water. Had to report it then action was taken and took long time. Then the next evening no hot water again. The next morning there was hot water this had been the problem EVERY visit. They know about it. They apologize they promise but still the same problem. Enough is enough b
