MainStay Suites Florence - Darlington

Did not accept the room at check in due to cleanliness and the restaurant was also closed. There was no mention of any of these problems on the website!

It was nothing as advertised, staff was rude, ghetto, tv doesn’t work. Old dingy covers and sheets, plumbing problems, bathroom old, dingy , not clean.

We loved our stay just wish the WiFi would have worked

Put in a room near continuous construction going on the building had a recent fire.

The property did not meet my expectations. The lobby had no AC. The guy which was the staff at the front desk was rude.

False advertisement on the website. They have no pool at the location

Location off Rt 95.

The facility was not clean. Looks like they are remodeling the exterior. The towels were not clean and bugs in the room.

I did not like breakfast. Breakfast was in brown paper bags that contained sandwich crackers, an 8 oz bottle of water and an orange. An 8 oz cup of hot coffee was available. 🙁🙁🙁

Loud music and noise at night. A large number of male guests gathering outside near their rooms and parking area. My room telephone was inoperative. Room door stuck regularly. A large amount of construction materials could be seen about the property and inside the lobby area, unusable dining area.

They have a full size fridge

Hair all over the shower walls, hair on the toilet seat. The pool was green and was an eyesore. Old food all on the floor behind the bed. So gross

The staff was wonderful

The room and towels where dirty

They sold my room! Had the reservation planned for three months, showed up and was told I needed to cancel and find somewhere else they had no rooms! Basically left me and my fiancé stranded!
