Didn't have breakfast

I like nothing about this hotel. The towels dirty,bathroom nasty has roach, bath tub dirty, the whole room smells bad. I will never stay at a main stay again.

As stated above, nothing about that hotel is likable.

Everything. Filthy, smell, and not safe. They had people smoking and drinking in front of the lobby. Not safe. The lobby smells. When I asked what the smell was, the receptionist replied, "What smell." Booking kept saying the reservation is nonrefundable and refused to help me cancel until the hotel says they cannot accommodate me. I don't understand how Booking can take people's money and want them to go stay in a rat hole. I finally went to check the rooms. Filthy, cigarette wholes, and stain on the sheets. Broken toilet seats, lights don't work, the windows look like someone poured milk on them. I heard the receptionist telling Booking they can refund the money because I don't like the room but they can accommodate me. Is that a joke or what???

Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything really good to say about this place it looks to be like it’s under some kind of renovation, but the grounds were very unkept garbage all over the place and the lobby had no air conditioning felt sorry for the guy at the counter so I don’t know it looks like this has been an ongoing construction site

I apologize but there wasn't anything I liked or was happy with. The description that was gave online and the pictures provided gave a very false and misleading claim of this place.

Everything was false and misleading... not really to be opened until all renovations are complete.

Absolutely NOTHING!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They make you inspect your room before you can even check in. I was initially told that it was going to take 45 minutes to get 2 more towels. I ended leaving and not staying because I saw black mold in the room, there were dirty towels left in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was broken. A couple that we met in in the lobby, where there was no air conditioning, told us they had put all their belongings in their room and when they came back to their room, there were people sleep in their beds.

Facility under construction- please refund

My husband, daughter and myself checked in for a 4 night stay. The room was not ready for renting as the whole place is under renovation. There were 3 of us and only 2 towels in the room that weren't changed out at all the entire stay ! Thank god we brought some. Right outside our room door and in front if our window was a huge 20' dumpster with trash all over the ground so this was our vuew for 4 days. We had a lovely brand new t.v. in the room that did not work the entire time we were there, went to office 3 times to request it be fixed and were told "it'll work tomorrow " but to no avail it never did.
